U.S. President Donald Trump has cautioned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu against escalating tensions with Iran, saying he does not want another war in the Middle East.

According to Israeli media reports, Trump told Netanyahu that Washington has not given Israel the “green light” for a large-scale strike against Iran. The U.S. president emphasized that he is seeking to avoid a broader regional conflict.

Trump also claimed he was able to limit a planned Israeli operation targeting Iran. He added that several Middle Eastern countries had urged him to pressure Netanyahu to prevent further escalation in the region.

Netanyahu, however, stated that Israel’s military campaign against Hezbollah is not yet over. At the same time, he described his recent conversation with Trump as “constructive.”

Meanwhile, Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters announced that it is temporarily suspending military operations against Israel. However, Tehran warned that any new attacks in southern Lebanon or elsewhere in the region would prompt a stronger response.

The developments come amid heightened tensions across the Middle East, with diplomatic efforts underway to prevent further military confrontation.
