Lady Gaga has released a new song titled Runway, marking the first official soundtrack from the highly anticipated sequel to The Devil Wears Prada. The track, featuring rapper Doechii, debuted on Monday and has already generated strong buzz across social media platforms.

The music video, directed by Parris Goebel, embraces a high-fashion aesthetic that reflects the film’s iconic style. Gaga and Doechii appear in striking outfits, including oversized red blazers and elaborate 18th-century ball gowns, paired with dramatic makeup looks that echo the film’s glamorous narrative.

Lyrically, Runway delivers a message of confidence and self-expression, with lines emphasizing ambition and identity in the fashion world. One standout moment in the video shows the artists reading a fictional magazine titled “Runway,” featuring Emily Blunt’s character Emily Charlton on the cover—a nod to the original 2006 film.

The track was co-produced by Gaga alongside Bruno Mars and other prominent producers, marking the first collaboration between Gaga and Doechii.
The sequel also sees the return of an all-star cast, including Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, and Emily Blunt, reprising their beloved roles. The film is scheduled for release in theaters on May 1, with the soundtrack expected to play a key role in building anticipation among fans worldwide.
