UK, Germany, and Canada Issue Travel Advisories for the US

The UK and Germany have issued travel advisories for their citizens regarding visits to the United States. These warnings follow stricter immigration policies under US President Donald Trump’s administration.

Both countries have updated their travel guidelines after some of their citizens were reportedly detained at US borders.

The UK has advised its citizens that US immigration laws are strictly enforced, and violations could lead to detention or deportation. It stated, “You must follow all rules while entering the United States.”

Germany’s travel advisory emphasized that even with a valid visa or Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval, entry depends on US border officials’ discretion. The German government advised travelers to carry proof of return travel.

Canada has also urged its citizens to review US immigration policies before traveling.

Additionally, Indian nationals, particularly H-1B visa holders, international students (F-1 visa), and Green Card holders, have been warned that failing to comply with US regulations could lead to detention or deportation.
