Trump’s Actions, Including Reversing Biden-era Orders

Upon assuming the presidency, Donald Trump has reversed several orders issued by former President Joe Biden. He has also issued several new directives. On Monday, January 20, Trump took the oath of office at the Capitol in Washington, D.C. After completing the formalities, he went to Capital One Stadium, where he signed several directives in front of thousands of supporters. These include:

  1. Revocation of 78 Biden-era orders: This includes removing Cuba from the list of terrorist safe havens and lifting restrictions on illegal Israeli settlers in the West Bank.
  2. Suspension of bureaucrats’ regulatory authority: Bureaucrats are prohibited from issuing any new regulations until Trump’s administration fully takes charge.
  3. Suspension of government appointments in military and certain special areas.
  4. Mandatory in-person attendance for all executive officials/employees.
  5. Directing all departments to reduce the cost of living.
  6. Withdrawing the United States from the Paris Climate Agreement.
  7. Restoration of free speech and banning any form of government censorship.
