Trump to Award National Medal to Mothers with Six or More Children

U.S. President Donald Trump is set to introduce several initiatives aimed at boosting the country’s birth rate and promoting family values. According to a New York Times report on Monday (April 21), the White House is exploring various incentives to encourage women to have more children.

One of the notable proposals includes awarding a National Medal of Motherhood to mothers who give birth to six or more children.

Experts have warned that if the current low birth rate continues, the U.S. could face long-term economic risks due to a shrinking workforce and an increasing elderly population.

Other proposed incentives include:

Baby Bonus: A one-time financial aid of $5,000 for every new mother.

Scholarship Opportunities: 30% of Fulbright scholarships will be reserved for married applicants and/or mothers.

IVF Subsidies: Significant benefits for those undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment.
