Trump Arrives In Washington, Will Sign Record Number Of Executive Orders On First Day

Donald Trump has arrived in Washington. His swearing-in ceremony will be held there on January 20. Trump has announced plans to sign a record number of executive orders on the same day as the new President of the United States.

A US Air Force plane carrying Trump, his wife Melania and other members of the Trump family arrived at Dallas International Airport on Saturday local time.

From there, Trump will take his family members to his golf club in Virginia. Virginia is located on the outskirts of Washington. Trump’s inauguration will begin with the burning of fireworks at the golf club.

Trump gave a telephone interview to NBC News before departing for Washington on Saturday. There, he said he would sign a record number of executive orders on the first day of taking office after the swearing-in ceremony on Monday. However, he said that exactly how many orders he would sign has not yet been decided. But it will be a record number.

Trump was asked if the number would exceed 100. He replied that the number would be at least that.

Many of the executive orders Trump will sign are expected to undo policies adopted by outgoing President Joe Biden’s administration.
Mass deportations include programs that Trump has promised from the first day of his new term.

Trump told NBC News that deportation of illegal immigrants will begin very, very quickly.

In an interview with NBC News, Trump also said, “I can’t say right now which cities. Because everything is spreading. And I don’t think that’s what we want to say. You can see it live. ’
In recent days, the swearing-in ceremonies of U.S. presidents have taken place on the steps of the U.S. Capitol in front of the National Mall. However, Trump’s inauguration ceremony will not take place there.

Trump himself said this on Friday. He said the swearing-in ceremony had been moved indoors because of forecasts of unusually cold weather in Washington.
