Trump appoints Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to head the new ‘Department of Government Efficiency’

President-elect Donald Trump stated today that Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy are going to lead a new “Department of Government Efficiency” in the Trump 2.0 government.

“Together, these two wonderful Americans will pave the way for my Administration to dismantle Government Bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures, and restructure Federal Agencies,” according to a statement released by Trump.

According to the release, Musk said, “This will send shockwaves through the system, and anyone involved in Government waste, which is a lot of people!”
