Real Madrid beat Mallorca to reach final

After Jude Bellingham took the team ahead in the second half, Carlo Ancelotti’s team scored two more goals in the added time.

After the first minute, there was one chance after another. Real Madrid could not use them due to the failure of the attack. Jude Bellingham broke Mallorca’s resistance and took the team ahead in the second half. Carlo Ancelotti’s team made it to the final of the Spanish Super Cup with two more goals in the added time after his cool-headed finish.

Real won 3-0 on Thursday night in the final of the four-team tournament.

Their opponent in Sunday’s final is record 14-time winner Barcelona. If they win that day, Real (13) will sit next to the arch-rivals as a title win.
Real got the first chance in the second minute. Mallorca goalkeeper Dominic Gryff stopped the shot of Lucas Vazquez. He also returned Rodrigo’s shot in the next minute.

In the seventh minute, Kylian Mbappe could not use the opportunity to get the goalkeeper alone. The ball goes over the crossbar. Four minutes later, Greiff stopped the shot of Ahlia Tchouameni.

In the 12th minute, Vinicius Junior got into trouble with Pablo Mafeyo. The Brazilian forward, who was banned for two matches in La Liga after seeing a red card against Valencia, hit Mallorca’s Argentine defender in the chest. The referee warned both players, did not show the card to anyone.

In the 76th minute, Vinicius missed a great chance to double the gap. He could not keep the shot on target. In the next minute, Rodrigo’s shot did not allow the gap to increase.

In the second minute of the added time, all hopes of Mallorca ended by forgetting themselves. Defender Valient sent his own net to prevent a weak shot from the opponent.

Three minutes later, Real scored the third goal. From the right side of Vazquez’s extended cross, Rodrigo sent the ball to the net in the first touch shot after getting the far post in the goal. The Brazilian forward celebrated his birthday with a goal with the team in the final.
