Malaysia Hosts the World’s Largest Hotel with Over 7,000 Rooms

Around the world, hotels boast impressive features, from towering heights to historic significance. But if you’re searching for the largest hotel by room count, look no further than Malaysia.

The First World Hotel, located in Resorts World Genting, holds the Guinness World Record for being the largest hotel globally. It offers a staggering 7,351 rooms spread across three towers. Originally designed with 6,118 rooms, the property expanded in 2015 to its current capacity.

Guests at First World Hotel can choose from a variety of accommodations, including standard, deluxe, superior deluxe, triple, and world club rooms. Room sizes range from cozy 180-square-foot spaces to larger 430-square-foot layouts, catering to diverse preferences and budgets.

The hotel also provides convenient dining options within its premises. Guests can enjoy meals at The Food Factory, The Junction, or the Ice Cream Parlour, all without stepping outside.

Beyond the hotel, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding rainforest, adding a natural charm to their stay. Resorts World Genting itself offers additional attractions, including other hotels like Crockfords, Resorts World Awana, and Genting SkyWorlds Hotel.
