James to Perform at Historic Concert in the United States

Legendary Bangladeshi rockstar Faruq Mahfuz Anam James, popularly known as “Nagar Baul James,” continues to mesmerize rock music lovers across generations. Defying age, he remains a dynamic force in the music scene, performing regularly at concerts both in Bangladesh and abroad. As part of this musical journey, James is set to travel to the United States this coming June.

He will headline a historic concert in Dallas, Texas, organized by Moonlight Events. The concert will take place on June 14 at the Plano Event Center and is expected to be one of the biggest and most memorable concerts ever held in Dallas by a Bangladeshi band.

Event organizers Sajjad and Hasina shared that this will be a landmark event for Bangladeshi music in the U.S., offering expatriate fans a rare opportunity to experience James live. Another organizer, Sharmin Hossain, added that the concert will be a full-day affair, and there will be a dedicated kids’ zone at the venue to accommodate families.

Tickets are available in eight categories, ranging from $49 to $150. Students can avail a 20% discount, while groups of 10 or more are eligible for a 15% discount.

Confirming the event, James’ spokesperson Rubaiyat Thakur Robin stated, “This concert is very important for us. It’s also a significant opportunity for the younger generation growing up abroad to connect with the legacy of Bangla rock music.”
