Indian Crush Wamiqa Gabbi Joins Spy Thriller Sequel ‘G2’

Wamiqa Gabbi, one of the most popular stars of this generation in Indian cinema, has firmly established herself as a sex symbol and sensual actress. She has garnered immense interest from the young audience, who are captivated by her charm. Now, the actress is all set to star in an exciting new project.

Wamiqa has joined the cast of the upcoming spy thriller ‘G2’, which is the sequel to the 2018 blockbuster ‘Goodachari’. The film will be directed by debutant Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi.

In ‘G2’, Adivi Sesh will reprise his role as the lead character, just as he did in ‘Goodachari’, captivating audiences with his performance. Wamiqa Gabbi will play opposite him, marking their first collaboration as a pair.

Wamiqa Gabbi received widespread praise in 2023 for her stellar performances in Prime Video’s series ‘Jubilee’, Netflix’s ‘Khufiya’, and the SonyLIV series ‘Charlie Chopra & The Mystery of Solang Valley’, with her roles becoming fan favorites.

Speaking about her involvement in the new film, Wamiqa said, “I am beyond thrilled to be a part of ‘G2’. The first film set an incredible milestone of success. Stepping into this world and portraying a character here is both challenging and exciting.”

Alongside Wamiqa, the ensemble cast of ‘G2’ will feature Emraan Hashmi, Murali Sharma, Supriya Yarlagadda, and Madhu Shalini, among other popular actors.
