How Many Numbers Guardiola Can Be Cut In This List

Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola had to face an incredible experience after losing 20 goals in Liverpool’s field at the beginning of December. On that day, the home crowd started chanting ‘Sackalei Chantai’ at Guardiola. This incident was completely novel for this one of the best coaches of all time in a long career.

After that match the situation has not improved much. Despite being fifth in the points table, the league title is somehow out of reach. Besides, the team’s position is 22nd in the Champions League. Guardiola’s position is also slightly higher on the list of coaches who could potentially be sacked from the Premier League.

Guardiola, who was the last coach in previous seasons, is now at number 15. Even David Moyes, Unai Emery and Nuno Espirito Santo are behind Guardiola in fear of being sacked.

Recently, based on various criteria, the current coaches of the Premier League have been determined by the sports portal ‘GivemySport’. The criteria on which they have been ranked are overall performance in the Premier League, FA Cup, League and Champions League, recent form, expectations of the club, the influence of the coach within the club, the attitude of the fans towards the coach. Above all is Tottenham coach Ange Postecoglou. Tottenham is currently 15th in the points list. This information seems to be enough for Postecoglou to be fired.

Then there is newly appointed coach Ruud von Nistelrooy of relegation zone Leicester City at number 2 on the list. Another team in the relegation zone, Ipswich Town coach Kieran McKenna, is third in this list.

And at number 4 is Ruben Amorim, who became a coach at Manchester United a few days ago. Amorim, who is under pressure due to one failure after another, is ranked fourth. And Liverpool coach Arne Slott is the most backward in the possibility. Liverpool are unbeaten at the top of the Premier League as well as the Champions League. Consequently, Slott’s dismissal in such circumstances would be the eighth wonder.
