How His Bodyguard Prepares Himself to Protect Messi

He posted the video on his Instagram handle. Yasin Chueko quickly took a few chest dons with two dumbbells in his bare hands. After standing up and holding the dumbbells with both hands, a few blows fell on the stomach. His trainer’s right hand was wearing boxing gloves and punching him in the stomach. Chueko couldn’t possibly be satisfied. With big eyes, he explained several times with a ‘no’ expression, he won’t have it!

The trainer knew what to do. A little further into the room was another piece of exercise equipment. It looks like a little long stick, with some accessories added to the body. The trainer took off his gloves and picked up the stick-like object. At that time, Chueko stood up with a few chest dons and held the dumbbells high. The trainer started hitting him hard in the stomach with the stick-like object.

At the first blow something attached to the head of the stick opened. After a few blows, Chueko took a few more chest dons. Then again the same scene repeats itself. As Chueko stood up with dumbbells in both hands, the trainer began hitting him in the stomach again with the stick-like object. Louder this time. As usual Chueko was mouthing ‘ah, ah’, but this time a scene changed. The stick-like object was quite bent as Chueko’s stomach stood tight! In the next scene in the video, Chueko was seen boxing with the trainer. He was just hitting and blocking the trainer. The next exercise is more difficult. Chueko was lying cross-legged holding a rod-like stick in both hands. Where it is impossible to lie down holding a small stick without great fitness, Chueko sits there with an incredible test of endurance. As he lay there, the trainer was hitting his stomach hard with a large vehicle tire. This practice was going on at the sea. Chueko also fought a little judo with the trainer at the same place.

The name Yasin Chueko should probably be known by now. That is why his present identity is not given at the beginning of the writing. In 2023, he went viral after becoming Messi’s bodyguard. That’s when the inquiry about him started, for the welfare of the media, many people are supposed to know about it. However, if anyone is unaware, Chueko’s identity can be re-informed. Chueko, 35, is an American. Born to an American father and a French mother, Chueco is 5 feet 10 inches tall.

Chueko, a former mixed martial artist and former US Navy SEAL who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, has previously been reported by the media. However, Mail Online objected to the information. That is, none of the current members of the Navy SEALs have heard of him, and Chueko’s name is not even in the Navy SEAL database, Mail Online claimed. However, nothing much is known about the personal life of Messi’s bodyguard. He sometimes posts various videos and pictures with his brothers from his Instagram account. He also advises on physical exercise on social media. He also has skills in Taekwondo and Boxing. The United States media previously reported that the recommendation to hire Chueko as Messi’s bodyguard came from David Beckham, the co-owner of his club Inter Miami. Chueko has a team of 50 to ensure the safety of Messi and his family on and off the field. Day and night, Chueko has to ensure the safety of Messi and his family 24 hours a day.

But Chueko is quite resourceful. According to the media, he has a wealth of 15 million dollars. As Messi’s bodyguard, his annual salary is approximately two and a half million dollars. Most of the salary is paid by Miami, with MLS sponsors paying the rest.

Wherever Messi goes, Chueko sticks like glue. Before and after the match, he was seen sticking with Messi even in the shopping mall. If a spectator wants to run up to Messi on the field, he must first attempt to overpower Chueko, which they often fail to do. Chueko has previously worked as a bodyguard for Hollywood stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Selena Gomez and Wayne Wilson. Apart from this, he also worked as an additional security guard on the occasion of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s visit to Los Angeles, a member of the British royal family.

Chueko posted a video on his Instagram account in August last year. It shows trainer Luan Aguirre fighting Elias in practice and breaking the wall with a kick during the fight. Understandably, to achieve these physical abilities Chueko has to practice very hard, a couple of examples of which are given in the beginning. Apart from this, not much is known about Chueko’s personal life. In the words of ‘The Athletic’, Messi’s bodyguard is actually a ‘mystery-man’ – the stadium audience also calls him ‘Enigma’. However, if someone wants to meet Chueko, the media has also revealed an easy way for him – rush into the field at Messi’s match. You will meet Chueko.
