Holland To Stay At Manchester City For 10 More Years

Manchester City has released a video of 1 minute 12 seconds on their website. At the very end of the video, what Erling Holland said, it is a pleasure for the fans of the City; But for the opposition teams, especially the defenders, the pain is to increase.

“Dear defenders, I’m sorry,” Holland said after signing the new contract. I came here to stay. Yes, the Norwegian striker has extended his contract with Manchester City. He will stay at the English Premier League club until June 2034.

Holland joined Manchester City from German club Borussia Dortmund in July 2022 for €60 million.

From the beginning of the city’s jersey, Bright Holland became a goal machine! In all competitions, he has scored 111 goals in 126 matches for the club so far, winning five titles. He has also contributed to the team winning the treble (Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League) in the 2022-23 season.
Holland’s current market value is 200 million euros. His previous contract with City ran until June 2027. Holland’s name is now at the top of the list of long-term contracts among footballers currently playing in the Premier League after deciding to stay at the Etihad for another nine and a half years. He will be 34 years old when his contract expires.
“Now I want to develop myself, keep working to get better and help the team do my best to achieve more success going forward,” Holland said.
