Enola Holmes 3 Announces Major Cast Returns

Netflix has officially confirmed the return of several beloved characters in Enola Holmes 3, with Millie Bobby Brown once again leading the cast as the sharp-witted young detective. Following the success of the first two films, this third installment promises a fresh adventure, set against the backdrop of Malta.

Joining Brown are returning stars Louis Partridge as Tewkesbury, Helena Bonham Carter as Eudoria Holmes, Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes, Himesh Patel as Dr. John Watson, and Sharon Duncan-Brewster as Moriarty. The film began production earlier this month and will follow Enola as she faces her most dangerous and emotionally complex case yet—where personal ambitions and professional challenges collide.

This time, the director’s chair has passed from Harry Bradbeer to Philip Barantini, known for his acclaimed work in Boiling Point and Adolescence. Jack Thorne, who penned the previous films, is also back on board as the screenwriter.

The plot is still being kept tightly under wraps, but excitement continues to grow among fans of the series, especially with Brown recently finishing up filming for the final season of Stranger Things. With big reveals on the horizon for both franchises, 2025 is shaping up to be a major year for the actress and her fans.
