Be It With Girlfriend Or Family, Saka Is ‘Forced’ To Spend Vacation

Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta wants to send Bukayo Saka on vacation even if forced.
How many professionals are dying in search of a little vacation. There, Mikel Arteta is desperate to send Bucayo Saka on leave. The Arsenal coach’s thinking is clear. He wants to see the footballer who is out of the field fresh due to injury. Saka has been sidelined for months due to injury. He is unlikely to return before March at least. The winger is undergoing a rehabilitation process in the fight to return. Not only is this process physically tiring, it is also very monotonous and exhausting mentally. On this occasion, Arteta jumped further on the question of whether he should be out of football for a while or not.

“Yes, of course he should go (on vacation). He has to go. He can decide whether to go with his girlfriend, his family, or alone. But by going away for a while he should be refreshed. However, there is much he can do about rehabilitation, as this is the right time. It will make him better.”
According to the Arsenal coach, it is important to look after the mental health of footballers to look their best.
“He has to be with his teammates every day. But everything has its time. Especially since we will be out for several days.” “He needs to do it (take a vacation). It is very important for him. We have to take care of the footballers.” The 23-year-old winger suffered a hamstring injury in a match against Crystal Palace on December 21. Arsenal also lost Gabriel Jesus due to injury. Defender Ben White is out for the same reason. During this period, Arsenal lost to Newcastle United in the League Cup and Manchester United in the FA Cup. However, they beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 in the last match of the English Premier League.
