Bangladeshi Advisor Confronted by Public at Geneva Airport Over Past Remarks on Trump

Asif Nazrul, an advisor to Bangladesh’s Ministry of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, faced public backlash at Geneva Airport, as captured in a video obtained by The Voice News. Nazrul, who has previously stirred controversy for his blunt commentary, was confronted by Bangladeshi expatriates who accused him of having pro-Pakistan sentiments.

The confrontation was sparked by an old remark in which Nazrul had referred to former U.S. President Donald Trump as “inhuman” and “animalistic.”

In the video, people demand explanations for his statements, labeling him a “Pakistan sympathizer.” Nazrul, visibly uncomfortable, avoids direct responses and attempts to quickly leave the scene.
