Awami League’s call to gather at Zero Point on November 10 for the restoration of democracy

The Bangladesh Awami League has called upon its leaders, activists, and the general public to gather at Zero Point in Dhaka Sunday, in the name of “restoring democracy.” Two related posts were made Saturday, on the party’s official Facebook page.

The posts from the Awami League stated: “Come on November 10 – at Noor Hossain Square, Zero Point, Gulistan, Dhaka. Our protest is against the violation of the people’s rights, our protest is against the rise of fundamentalist forces, and our protest is against conspiracies to disrupt the daily lives of ordinary people. Join the Awami League leaders and activists to protest against misgovernance.”
