Australian Open’s New Queen Keys, Sabalenka’s Hat Trick Did Not Happen

The new queen got the Australian Open. Madison Kiss has been champions after defeating Fabit Arena Sabalanka in the final of the girls’ final. Grand Slam Unit won the US female player for 5 years.

After the 2 -hour 2 minute fight, Kiss, who lost the top pick Sabileka, was the 5th of this year’s Australian Open. In the semifinals, the 26-year-old Kiss won the first set 1-0 in the semifinals.

Sabalenka, the two-time champion, made a stunning comeback in the second set. Sabalenka’s dream of a hat-trick was dashed by crushing Kis 6-2. But Kisei had the last laugh at the end of a thrilling third set. Covering his face after the last point, Keys ran to husband Bjorn Fratangelo shortly after. In 2023, who is the coach of what?

Despite being seeded 19th at the Australian Open, Keys is ranked 14th in the world in the WTA rankings. That kiss had only made it to the final of a Grand Slam once before. That was at the 2017 US Open. Keys lost at home to compatriot Sloane Stevens.

Second seed in semifinals, top seed victim in final—Kiss has beaten the top two seeds at the Australian Open since 2005. Sabalenka lost the chance to touch the feat of Martina Hingis. Swiss star Hingis won the latest Australian Open women’s singles hat-trick title.
