Anti-Terrorist Operation in Jammu and Kashmir Enters Second Day

The anti-terrorist operation in the forests of the Sopore area of Jammu and Kashmir entered its second day on Monday, with security forces intensifying searches for suspected terrorists. Officials reported that the security forces maintained a tight cordon at the Zaloora Gujjarpati area of the Sopore police district and continued their cordon and search operations this morning.

The operation began on Sunday after security forces discovered a militant hideout and noticed fire while unearthing it. The security forces have since been conducting thorough searches to locate and apprehend the suspected terrorists in the area.

The ongoing operation aims to ensure the safety and security of the region by eliminating any potential threats posed by the militants. The authorities remain vigilant and committed to maintaining peace and stability in the area.
