Amber Heard Glows in Madrid After Announcing Pregnancy

Amber Heard was spotted out and about in Madrid on Saturday, looking radiant after announcing she’s expecting her second child. The 38-year-old actress, known for her role in Aquaman, appeared to be in high spirits as she smiled and waved while heading out for a run at El Retiro Park. This is her first public appearance since revealing her pregnancy.

Amber’s rep confirmed the news to People on Thursday, stating that while it’s early in the pregnancy, Amber is thrilled to expand her family. She’s already a mother to her three-year-old daughter, Oonagh Paige, born in April 2021.

In her outing, Amber wore black sports leggings, a baggy sweatshirt, and a large trench coat. She added a touch of color with orange and grey sports trainers and wore minimal makeup, letting her natural beauty shine. She accessorized with dainty jewelry, an Apple Watch, and a black cap as she began her workout, leaving her coat behind once she started her exercise session.

Amber, who now resides in Madrid, was previously married to actor Johnny Depp from 2015 to 2017. They became the center of a highly publicized defamation trial in 2022, with Amber being ordered to pay Depp $10 million in compensatory damages and $350,000 in punitive damages, although she argued that she couldn’t afford the payments. The jury also awarded Amber $2 million in compensatory damages in her countersuit against Johnny.

Amber has not publicly shared details of her current relationship status, leaving fans to speculate about whether she is expecting the child with a partner or on her own.

Known for her roles in The Rum Diary, Drive Angry, Zombieland, and Aquaman, Amber remains a strong presence in Hollywood. Despite her tumultuous personal life, she expressed confidence last year in an interview with Deadline, stating that her career would not be defined by her personal experiences.

Meanwhile, Johnny Depp, who has largely distanced himself from Hollywood post-trial, continues to focus on his artistic endeavors. He recently directed Modi: Three Days on the Wing of Madness, a film about Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani, and shared how his own struggles have shaped his work. Depp, who celebrated his 60th birthday last year, has found peace after a turbulent few years and has embraced his artistic identity.
