After the War, Israel Will Hand Over Gaza to the United States: Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that after the war, Israel will hand over Gaza to the United States, and no U.S. troops will be required there. On Thursday, February 6, he again revealed his plan for Gaza’s occupation on his “Truth Social” web platform, stating that Israel would transfer Gaza to the United States after the fighting ends. This was reported by the British news agency Reuters.

Trump further mentioned that by then, Palestinians in Gaza would be relocated to safer areas far from the region, in more beautiful locations, and would be rehabilitated in new, modern homes.

A day earlier, Israel’s Defense Minister said he had instructed the Israeli military to prepare a plan allowing Gaza residents to “voluntarily evacuate.”

Meanwhile, Trump’s announcement has sparked widespread condemnation worldwide, particularly in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia has directly rejected the plan, and Jordan’s King Abdullah stated that he will never accept land annexation or the displacement of Palestinians.

Hamas official Bassem Naim labeled the plan as an attempt to cover up Israel’s failure, stating that Palestinians would never agree to leave their land.

Trump first revealed his plan for Gaza’s occupation during a joint press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who was visiting the United States.
