Hansi Flick’s team crushed Real Betis in another dominating performance

Barcelona played dominating football from the beginning to the end of the match. Real Betis were swept away by their continuous attack. Hansi Flick’s team reached the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey with another big win.

Barcelona won 5-1 in the last 16 of Spain’s second best competition at the Olympic Stadium on Wednesday night.

In the first half, after Gavi took the team ahead, Jules Kounde increased the gap. Raphinha, Ferran Torres and Lamine Yamal scored one goal each after the break. In the end, the penalty was reduced to the margin of defeat from Barcelona, playing in Betis.
Dani Olmo did not score but made two assists.

Barcelona scored 5 goals in two consecutive matches. They won their first title of the season by defeating Real Madrid 5-2 in the final of the Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia on Sunday.

Yamal lost control in front of the box to avoid the obstacle of some people ahead of the ball from their own half. However, Raphinha hit the ball with a left-footed shot.

The Brazilian forward has scored 20 goals in 28 matches in all competitions for Barcelona this season, with 10 assists.

Ferran Torres made the scoreline 4-0 two minutes after Raphinha’s replacement in the 64th minute. The Spanish forward scored the goal with a strong shot on the right foot with the control of Olmo’s pass box.

Yamal scored in the 75th minute. The 17-year-old winger defeated the goalkeeper in the box with a pass from Fermin Lopes. The linesman initially raised the offside flag, but the decision changed in VAR.

Brazilian forward Hawke reduced the gap with a successful spot-kick six minutes left in the scheduled time. The referee gave a penalty when Jesus Rodriguez was fouled in Barcelona’s Kunde box.
