Hollywood actress and businesswoman Paris Hilton has raised $800,000 for wildfire relief efforts in Los Angeles through her nonprofit organization, 11:11 Media Impact. The media personality, who also lost her luxurious Malibu home in the recent Palisades Fire, launched an emergency fund to help displaced families with children. Within just 72 hours, the fund raised an impressive $800,000.
Despite her own devastating loss, Hilton didn’t retreat but instead took action to assist others. She also pledged a $150,000 donation to GoFundMe’s Wildfire Relief Fund to provide immediate cash assistance to 150 families displaced by the Eaton Fire.
In an emotional post on Instagram, Hilton wrote, “As a mom, I can’t imagine the pain and fear of not having a safe place for your babies. This breaks my heart. Until I know they’re safe, I can’t find peace. I’m asking everyone to come together and support these families, especially those with young children in distress.”
In addition to fundraising, Hilton has shown compassion for animals affected by the fires, calling for support for injured and scared pets.
Hilton also visited the site of her destroyed Malibu home and shared photos and videos of the devastation on social media. She captioned the post, “I’m standing in what used to be my dream home, and the heartbreak is indescribable. When I first heard the news, I was in complete shock. I couldn’t process it. But now, standing here and seeing it with my own eyes, it feels like my heart has shattered into a million pieces.”
Hilton added, “It wasn’t just my house. It was where we created memories, laughed, cried, and dreamed together as a family. Every corner of that house had a piece of love. And now, it’s all gone.”
By putting her own grief aside, Hilton has become an inspiring figure, offering her support to those suffering in the wake of the devastating fires.
