BTS Member J-Hope Announces First Solo World Tour

J-Hope, the 30-year-old rapper from the K-Pop supergroup BTS, is gearing up for his first-ever solo world tour, “Hope on the Stage Tour.” The tour, announced by Hybe, will take the artist to 15 cities, including six North American stops in Los Angeles, Brooklyn, and Chicago.

Following a three-day run in Seoul, J-Hope will kick off the North American leg with two nights at New York’s Barclays Center starting March 13. He will then travel to Chicago, San Antonio, Oakland, and Mexico City before concluding the U.S. portion of the tour at L.A.’s BMO Stadium. This L.A. concert is set to make history as the first time a Korean solo artist headlines a U.S. stadium.

The Seoul performances will be available for live streaming on Hybe’s fan platform, Weverse, though it is unclear if other tour stops will be streamed.

This tour marks J-Hope’s first solo world tour, though he’s no stranger to solo performances. In 2022, he made history as the first Korean artist to headline Lollapalooza’s flagship Chicago festival. BTS member Suga also embarked on his own world tour in 2023.

The announcement comes after J-Hope completed his mandatory military service in October 2024, following fellow BTS member Jin’s discharge in June. With BTS set to reunite as a full group in 2025, J-Hope’s solo tour is a highly anticipated event for fans.

Tickets for the tour will be available for ARMY fan club members starting January 22, with general sales beginning January 23. The L.A. concert ticketing details will be announced later due to ongoing wildfires in the region.
