Madonna is coming back with a new song, alongside Stuart Price

Madonna is returning with a new song, which is expected to be released next year. Through this track, she is collaborating again with Stuart Price, her partner on the iconic Confessions on a Dance Floor album, nearly 20 years after their last collaboration.

Madonna posted a video on Instagram, where she is seen writing, singing, and working on music with Stuart Price. In the caption, she wrote, “I’m working on new music with Stuart Price. These past few months have been a healing experience for my soul. Writing songs and creating music is a place I don’t want to enter with anyone’s permission. I’m so excited about this new song. I’ll be able to share it with you in 2025. Who wants to hear new music?”

Madonna’s last studio album was Madame X, released in 2019. However, she has not been idle in the meantime. In 2023, she celebrated her 40-year music career through the Celebration Tour. In 2022, she also released a remix album titled Finally Enough Love: 50 Number Ones, which included all of her No. 1 hit songs.

Last year, Madonna recorded the song “Popular” with The Weeknd and Playboi Carti for HBO’s series The Idol. She also collaborated with Sam Smith on the track “Vulgar.”

Recently, Madonna shared that she faced obstacles while making her biopic. She revealed that producers didn’t allow her to create the movie the way she envisioned, insisting that she scale down her plans. She later walked away from the project and is now planning to create either a series or a feature film about her life.
