Spider-Man Star Opens Production House with His Brother

Tom Holland, the star of Spider-Man, is stepping into a new role. The 28-year-old actor is taking a bold step in the film industry by further strengthening his ties with Sony Pictures. He has signed a deal to create movies through his new production company, Billy17.
Holland co-founded the company with his brother, Harry Holland, and producer Will South.
The trio is set to produce a film titled Burnt, with the screenplay being written by Academy Award-winning writer Rodney Rothman, who also penned the script for Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. According to a press release, Tom Holland will star in the new movie.
In addition, Billy17 is preparing to produce two films based on novels: The Rosie Project and The Winner for Sony Pictures’ TriStar Pictures. Tom Holland might appear in both of these films as well.
In a statement, Tom Holland expressed, “I’ve had an amazing and successful relationship with Sony Pictures for almost a decade. They felt like the perfect partner to launch our production company. I’ve always wanted to start a company, and we are thrilled to finally do it.”
Sony recently announced that Holland’s fourth Spider-Man film will be released on July 24, 2026, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton.
Since playing Peter Parker in Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), Tom Holland appeared in just two films in 2022: Uncharted and Last Call. In 2023, he starred in the Apple TV+ series The Crowded Room.
Looking ahead, Holland is involved in several upcoming projects. He has signed on for a film with director Christopher Nolan and is set to begin shooting Spider-Man 4 next summer. Along with these, his new company will also keep him busy in the coming years.
