Angelina Jolie’s Movie Released on Prime Video After 25 Years

The movie Hell’s Kitchen, which stars Angelina Jolie, is now available on Prime Video, more than 25 years after it was first released in 1998.

The movie tells the story of Johnny (played by Mekhi Phifer), a former gang member who tries to change his life after being released from prison. Once free, Johnny gets help from Lou (played by William Forsythe) to learn how to box. He also runs into his ex-girlfriend, Gloria (played by Jolie).

The movie also stars Rosanna Arquette and Johnny Whitworth. Unfortunately, it did not do well at the box office, earning only $22,513. However, fans of Angelina Jolie can now watch the movie on Prime Video.

Even though Hell’s Kitchen is from the past, Jolie will soon be seen in a new movie about opera singer Maria Callas. The movie, directed by Pablo Larrain, has received good reviews after its debut at the Venice Film Festival. It will be available on Netflix in the U.S. later this month, on December 11.

Jolie shared, “I spent almost seven months training because when you work with Pablo, you can’t do anything halfway. He makes sure you really learn and prepare.”

Jolie also said she was “so nervous” when she first sang for the role but thanked Larrain for helping her grow and giving her time to improve.

Larrain, who also directed Jackie and Spencer, explained that the movie about Maria Callas is a creative and emotional story about a woman who spent her life performing for others and finally decides to find her own voice and sing for herself.
