Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan Release A Nonsense Christmas

The holidays are getting even more exciting! Sabrina Carpenter has released a new project called A Nonsense Christmas. It includes classic Christmas songs and some of her own hits. Sabrina isn’t alone in this project, though—singer Chappell Roan also appears.

The two singers work really well together. They both performed the song “Last Christmas” in the Netflix special, which came out on December 6. During the performance, they wore matching green velvet outfits with white fur and had great makeup. They also had fun while singing and dancing.

Jason Sherwood, the set designer, shared some details with Yahoo Entertainment. He explained that Sabrina and Chappell helped decide the creative direction for their duet. They wanted to make the performance feel relaxed and casual, not too formal or big. They even wanted the set to look like the end of a fun party, so they “trashed” a beautiful living room to make it look like a wild night had just ended.

Jason described the vibe as a mix of the TV show Euphoria and an ’80s movie prom scene. He said it was his favorite part of the show because it really captured the relaxed, fun feeling they wanted to create.

You can watch A Nonsense Christmas on Netflix now.
