According to a BBC report, President-elect Donald Trump has appointed Karoline Leavitt, his campaign’s national press secretary, to the same position at the White House.
Leavitt previously served as assistant press secretary during Trump’s first term.
“Karoline is educated, tough, and an excellent communicator. I am confident she will excel at the podium and help deliver our message to the American people as we make America great again,” Trump said.
She is the youngest White House press secretary in history at 27.
