Indian Megastar Shah Rukh Khan’s “Royal” Birthday Celebration

Shah Rukh Khan, the King of Bollywood, celebrates his 59th birthday today. Over a 32-year career, he’s gone from a TV actor to a global film icon, reigning over one of the world’s glitziest and highest-grossing film industries.

Indian news outlet News18 reports that Shah Rukh’s iconic home, “Mannat,” will be illuminated for his birthday on Sunday, November 2, with celebrations planned by his wife, Gauri Khan.

A special announcement is also anticipated for Shah Rukh’s next film, “King Khan,” where he’ll appear alongside his daughter, Suhana Khan, in her debut. It’s rumored they will play a mentor-student duo, giving fans a unique chance to see the father-daughter pair together on-screen.

More than 250 guests have been invited to the party, including top stars like Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor, Kajol, and Ajay Devgn. Word is that some international stars and celebrities from sports and business circles will also attend.

Gauri Khan has chosen a special theme for the party, where some guests are expected to dress as characters from Shah Rukh’s iconic movies. Suhana Khan and her elder brother, Aryan Khan, are also set to perform.

Crowds of fans are expected to gather outside Mannat, hoping for a glimpse of Shah Rukh. As is tradition, he’ll greet them from the balcony or rooftop.

Born in 1965, Shah Rukh moved to Mumbai from Delhi with dreams of becoming an actor. He debuted on television in Fauji and Circus, initially known as Abdur Rehman, but he transitioned to films as Shah Rukh Khan. His Bollywood journey took off in 1992 with Deewana, where he played a wealthy singer opposite the late Divya Bharti.

Over the years, Shah Rukh has navigated the ups and downs of Bollywood, adapting to the industry’s changes and rising to become one of India’s most beloved and wealthiest stars. Alongside acting, he’s also built a production company and ventured into cricket team ownership, reinforcing his title as “King Khan.”
