Oscar-winning actor Rami Malek has revealed he’s open to reprising his iconic role as Elliot Alderson in the critically acclaimed series Mr. Robot. Speaking at a recent event, Malek expressed his admiration for the show and its creator, Sam Esmail.
“I think the experience was extraordinary,” Malek said. “If the story is right and Sam has something to say, I’d love to return.”
Mr. Robot, which ran from 2015 to 2019, earned praise for its gripping narrative and Malek’s powerful performance as a cybersecurity engineer with dissociative identity disorder. Fans have long speculated about a potential continuation or spin-off, and Malek’s comments have reignited hopes for more from the Mr. Robot universe.
As of now, no official plans for a reboot or sequel have been announced.
