Giuffre Alleges Years of Domestic Abuse

Virginia Giuffre, long known for her role as a vocal accuser in the Jeffrey Epstein saga, has now come forward with explosive claims about enduring years of domestic abuse at the hands of her husband, Robert Giuffre.

In an exclusive statement, the 41-year-old Epstein accuser detailed that while she found the strength to resist the notorious abuse and trafficking orchestrated by Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, she had long suffered in silence from domestic violence at home. “After my husband’s latest physical assault, I can no longer stay silent,” she stated.

Just days earlier, Giuffre was involved in a serious car accident in Australia. The vehicle she was riding in was struck by a school bus traveling at over 49 mph. Soon after, she posted a harrowing image on Instagram—a photo of her bruised face from a hospital bed—along with a message claiming that she was in kidney failure and had been given only four days to live.

Giuffre’s family has provided additional context to the unfolding drama. Her brother, Sky Roberts, and his wife, Amanda, have confirmed that while the crash has left Virginia with significant injuries, it might also have inadvertently saved her life. “She almost didn’t make it after the latest beating,” Amanda recalled. The family also explained that Virginia’s Instagram post was made while she was under heavy medication and in a state of despair over her prolonged separation from her three children.

The alleged pattern of abuse spans over a decade, with the most recent assault occurring in January 2025 during a family gathering to celebrate one of the children’s birthdays. The attack reportedly left her with severe injuries including a cracked sternum and a perforated eye. In a surprising twist, following that incident, Robert Giuffre filed a family violence restraining order against Virginia, alleging that she had become violent—a claim she and her supporters vehemently dispute.

Medical experts have yet to definitively determine whether Virginia’s internal injuries are solely attributable to the bus crash or if they also reflect long-term physical consequences of the alleged abuse. “Nobody ever said her liver issues and kidney failure were definitively from the crash,” her brother noted, emphasizing that only further medical evaluations can provide clarity.

Virginia, who once brought global attention to the crimes of Epstein and Maxwell, now finds herself embroiled in a deeply personal battle. As she continues to receive treatment in hospital, her legal challenges also intensify. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 9 at Joondalup Magistrates Court regarding the alleged breach of her restraining order.

Despite the mounting controversies and the serious nature of her claims, Virginia’s message remains resolute: “I thank everyone for their support. I have faith that justice will prevail.”
