11 Countries Deported 170 Pakistanis in 2 Days

In the past 48 hours, around 170 Pakistanis have been deported by 11 countries, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Oman, Cyprus, and the United Kingdom, due to allegations of involvement in crimes and various illegal activities.

Among them, the highest number of deportees came from Saudi Arabia—94 individuals. They were accused of begging, drug smuggling and selling, residing illegally, working without a sponsor or patron, fleeing from workplaces, and violating employment contract terms. Saudi Arabia deported these 94 individuals within the last 48 hours.

The second highest number of deportations came from the UAE, another Middle Eastern country. The UAE deported 39 Pakistanis in the last 48 hours for violating immigration laws and engaging in various criminal activities.

Apart from them, Oman deported 3 Pakistanis for involvement in human trafficking, Iraq deported 9, Indonesia 4, Mauritania 5, the UK 1, Cyprus 1, and Thailand 1.

Meanwhile, Pakistani news outlet Geo News reported that due to inconsistencies in visa and travel documents, 59 Pakistani passengers were offloaded from flights in the past 48 hours by Saudi Arabia, Cambodia, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Malawi, and 21 other countries. Among them, 21 were Umrah pilgrims.
