Trump ‘Adamant’ On Taking Control Of Gaza Despite Criticism

Despite the global condemnation, US President Donald Trump has again spoke of his stagnant position in Gaza, Palestine.
He told reporters at the Air Force One plane on the way to New Orleans to see the National Football League ‘Super Bowl Championship’ last Sunday.

“I am committed to buy Gaza and get owned,” Trump said.
When we reconstruct it, we can also give other countries in the Middle East to restructure some parts.
Others can do this in our supervision.
But we are committed to ownership of it and occupy it, so that Hamas cannot be returned. ‘

The US president said there was nothing to return from this position.
This (Gaza) is a place to be crushed now.
The rest will also be crushed.
Everything has been mixed with the soil.

Trump is ready to consider the possibility of sheltering some Palestinian refugees in the United States.
But in this case, everyone’s application will be considered separately, he said.

Hamas, a Palestinian independent organization, has strongly protested against Trump’s announcement in Gaza.
Gaza chief Khalil al-Haiya of the organization said on Monday that the western world, the United States and President Trump’s plans for Gaza will fail.

While participating in the 5th anniversary of the country’s Islamic Revolution in the Iranian capital, Tehran, the Hamas leader added, “We will overcome these plans, just as we have overcome the previous projects.”

Hamas’s political branch member Izzat al-Rashaq condemned Trump’s statement, saying that the housing is not property for buying Gaza.
It is an integral part of Palestine occupied.
Palestinians will fail this plan to displace.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo ।an has strongly reacted to Trump’s speech over the expulsion of Palestinians from Gaza and establishing US control there.

He told reporters at Istanbul Airport on Sunday night before leaving for Malaysia that no one had the power to remove the Gaza people from their eternal homeland for thousands of years.
Erdo ।an also said that the Palestinians owned the Gaza, the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

Meanwhile, an Israeli delegation arrived in Qatar yesterday to discuss the second step of the ceasefire in Gaza.
The indirect discussion between Israel and Hamas is expected to begin this week.
However, a source from the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office said the delegation would only discuss the technical aspects of the ceasefire rather than who would rule Gaza.
