Trump Is Back 2.0

In one of the most dramatic comebacks in US political history, Donald Trump has just been sworn in for a second term as the nation’s 47th president. He took the oath by placing his hands on two Bibles. A Bible given to her by her mother. The other is Abraham Lincoln’s Bible. Several past presidents of the United States have sworn on this Bible; Including Abraham Lincoln himself. In 1861 he swore by touching this Bible.

Four years ago, Trump was forced to leave the White House even though he did not want to leave power. After four years, he is returning to the White House with the huge support of the people of the country.

After losing the November 2020 presidential election to Democrat Joe Biden, he reached the precipice; Turning from there, avoiding the assassin’s bullet, the Republican Trump was elected the President of the United States for the second time on November 5 with the support of the majority of American voters. Both Trump and Vice President JD Vance will be sworn in on Monday. The oath ceremony is starting at 12 noon local time in Washington DC, the capital of the United States. Because of the bitter winter, the inaugural ceremony, the first in 40 years, is being held in the rotunda, the domed circular hall, instead of the open staircase on the west side of the US Capitol building.

Four years ago, a group of radical Trump supporters stormed the Capitol building, a symbol of US democracy, in a failed attempt to prevent Republican Trump from losing to Democrat Joe Biden. Trump is the first US president since the 19th century to be re-elected four years after losing an election while still in office and returning to power for a second term.

Donald Trump has been sworn in as the 47th President of the United States. He took the oath in the Capitol Rotunda inside the Congress building in Washington DC at around 11:00 pm today, Monday Bangladesh time. He entered the venue minutes before the swearing-in. Vice President JD Vance was sworn in before Trump. Outgoing President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden attended Trump’s swearing-in ceremony.

Before Trump arrived at the venue, former President Bill Clinton, former First Lady and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former President George W. Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush and former US President Barack Obama were present. Trump’s wife Melania Trump, younger son Barron Trump, Tiffany Trump, Lara Trump, Eric Trump, Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. were present. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Argentine President Javier Millais and many others attended the event as foreign guests. Among the technology sector entrepreneurs, SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Mater CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos were present at the swearing-in ceremony.
