Death Toll Rises to 787 as Strikes Hit 153 Cities Across Iran

Iranian Red Crescent Society reports over 1,000 attacks at 504 locations; rights group says 176 children among the dead

Tehran — The death toll from ongoing U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran has climbed to 787, according to latest reports from Iranian authorities and human rights monitors.

The Iranian Red Crescent Society said that since Saturday morning, attacks have targeted 504 locations across 153 cities nationwide, with a total of 1,039 strikes recorded so far.

Meanwhile, U.S.-based rights organization Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) reported that at least 742 civilians, including 176 children, have been killed in the assaults since the escalation began.

Fatemeh Mohammadbeigi, a member of the Iranian parliament’s health commission, said on Monday that nine hospitals had been targeted in the strikes carried out by U.S. and Israeli forces, raising concerns over the impact on civilian infrastructure and medical services.

In retaliation, Iranian forces have launched counterattacks against Israeli targets and U.S. interests across the region. Iranian strikes have reportedly hit locations in Israel as well as in Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
The rapidly escalating conflict has heightened fears of a broader regional war, with mounting casualties and growing damage to critical infrastructure.
