Chelsea Football Club secured their second FIFA Club World Cup title with a resounding 3-0 victory over Paris Saint-Germain, showcasing a flawless performance under head coach Enzo Maresca.
Young star Cole Palmer was the standout performer, scoring two identical goals in the 22nd and 30th minutes, both assisted by Malo Gusto. Just before halftime, Palmer turned provider, threading a perfect pass to Joao Pedro, who chipped PSG keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma to make it 3-0.
In the second half, Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez made two crucial saves to deny PSG any comeback hopes, while Liam Delap nearly added a fourth goal but was thwarted by Donnarumma.
The Blues’ comprehensive first-half dominance left PSG stunned and the second half served only to confirm Chelsea’s supremacy. The final whistle triggered jubilant celebrations from players and fans, marking a triumphant night for the London club.
Chelsea are now Club World Cup champions — again.
