Iranian Missile Strike on Israeli Military Base Causes Extensive Damage

Iran has launched a missile strike targeting Israel’s military command and intelligence headquarters (IDF C4I) and military intelligence camp, according to Iran’s state news agency IRNA on Thursday (June 19).The report states that these Israeli installations are located inside the Gav-Yam Technology Park in Be’er Sheva.IRNA added that the nearby Soroka Medical Center was not a direct target of the missile strike. However, the hospital sustained minor damage due to the shockwaves from the explosions.Meanwhile, reports of significant destruction have emerged from four locations in the Gush Dan region in central Israel. Local media have confirmed the collapse of a building in the city of Holon, near Tel Aviv.Multiple buildings near Soroka Hospital were struck by Iranian missiles. The hospital is currently being used to treat soldiers wounded in the ongoing Gaza conflict.Medical officials have urged civilians to stay away from the impacted areas, as search operations continue to determine if anyone remains trapped under the rubble.Preliminary reports indicate that at least 25 people have been injured in the attack.
